For larger projects, clients often contract us to work for them for fixed periods and pre-specified hours per week or month. This offers greater flexibility and simplicity over recruiting employees or contractors directly - and gives clients the reassurance and continuity of a team of developers with a dedicated project manager - often for lower costs than recruiting staff directly. We can agree contracts for just a few hours per week, right up to a 40hr week dedication, depending on the needs of the client. For smaller projects, we can work on a fixed-fee basis that's tailored to the client's budget.

Sun Micro-systems - one of the world's largest companies - contracted us to assist with the development of several of their internal intranet and extranet systems. Some of these systems were built externally and needed re-programming in Sun's own native Java language, which we were able to fulfil more quickly, given tight deadlines, than their own in-house staff.
ACS Group build and install coldrooms for industrial and retail use. Their procses for calculating costs of their chillers and freezers was a manual and time-consuming one. We developed an online calculator, enabling clients to generate their own quotes, outputting them as customised, formal quote documents in PDF format - and saving ACS staff one of the most time-consuming jobs they had to deal with.
